Currently living alone in a 2 bedroom condo and looking for someone (preferably around my age) to help split costs. It's a good sized private room with kitchen, living area and bathroom shared. I have the room furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. I'm fairly clean, quiet, and easy to get along with.
