Hii! My name is Sarah, 32, and I live in a duplex within the Woodland Hills area. Rent is $1150, your half is $575. There are 2 rooms with a full bath upstairs that will be available 12/01/20. It is a great location and within minutes of several shopping centers. Non-smoking, pet friendly (I have a dog and cat), garage, fireplace, W/D. Half of on all utilities. I am a clean person and like to keep my stuff picked and clean.
