This is the rent per month, it would be split between us. Also, water is included in out rent but we have to pay electric but the most I could see us paying is 150 and that would be in the winter. I have not signed the papers for this apartment because I need someone else to sign with me. It has a very spacious living room and a small dining area. The kitchen is a bit small but will get the job done. There is a small hallways that leads to both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. [contact info removed] HMU
