About the room

I have a three bedroom house upstairs/downstairs! I’m a black male looking for a female roommate to share in the rental expenses. My house is pet free as I am OCD. I’m a father of two daughters 19 and 14. My house is 77/85 accessible. Nice quiet neighborhood and there are no bus stops within miles from my house.
