Hello my name is Austin - I recently purchased a place in celebration FL and am looking to rent out my rooms! $900 a month gets you the master bed/bath (private) w/out utilities, for $1100 a month utilities will be included. Brand new top of line appliances, new paint, and new tile flooring - I put about 30k into the unit!
