I’m a writer and remote tutor who requires internet at home. I’m active, Into outdoor sports, art, music. Appreciate a clean place, respect for common spaces. Happy to live with cats or dogs. LoveI like hardwood floors and light. I’m good with plants, gardening and DIY home projects. I like to cook, enjoy occasional dinners together. I’m more of a late night person, conscientious about noise. I don’t have a car, mt. bike to get around. Humor & good communication with housemates, M or F, is best.
