Hello! The 350 price listed isn't correct. Willing to hear options, I had to put something there. I'm currently going through a divorce and need a room, place or preferably someone who needs a room mate. I'm a neat and clean person, employed and will mainly be there on week nights as on weekends I go to my beach condo. Able to answer any questions upon request.
