_Aj_, 27

Rent listed does not include utilities. We have one room available for rent. The room has a shared bathroom with another roommate (male). The house we are renting has a large kitchen and living room and it's own washer and dryer. There are currently 3 people renting who are all students at S&T. We are all quiet, tidy, and keep to ourselves mostly. The house is roughly a 10 minute drive from campus. If you are interested contact me through my email: [contact info removed]
