About the room
I have a 3 bed, 2 bathroom house needing a roommate for $400/month, everything included. (Utilities, Internet, Cable, Etc.) It's located in the Spencers Crest Condos, which is about a 5 minute drive to Campus/Downtown. We're both Mid-Late 20's professionals that work nearly all the time, but like to have fun as well!
