Hi. I am Dhritiman Barman. An incoming PhD candidate at VT from India. I am looking for a cheap apartment in Blacksburg. A quiet, clean place. I prefer grad student. But undergrad is also fine if s/he is tidy, and quiet. And I have no particular gender or sexual orientation preference. My budget is between 500-700/per month.
