Gracebogart, 26

Hi! My name is Grace Bogart, I signed a lease at Copper Beach Townhomes before I knew I was going to nursing school downstate, so I need to sublease my room! My roommates include two males who are seniors at Central and one female who is also in her senior year at Central. They are all super nice. My room is a private bedroom with a bathroom. The townhome is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The rent is $495/month including the flat rate utilities. Let me know if you have any questions or are interested
