I am a retired optometrist, private, quiet and respectful. I am a smoker, but agree to smoke only in my room with the door closed and the windows open. I have an old, gentle dog who is regularly groomed. A potential roommate would have their own bedroom & bathroom & parking space in the driveway. Laundry, modern kitchen in the home. Ample backyard off of a sunroom. Rent includes all utilities, including internet. House is spacious, in a safe neighborhood & well-located to stores & sport center
