Looking to rent a room to female, preferably college student who likes family-friendly living. This is a room in my owed home, little of 1800 square foot home, several shareable living spaces. This is with myself and one child. Our safety and child-appropriate language and behavior in common areas strictly required. Renting a private Room, with attached private bathroom. Covered Parking.
