I am a 28 year old, employed, looking for either a room or someone to rent with. My price range is 500-800 monthly, hopefully including utilities,but I can be flexible depending on location. I work night shifts but am pretty quiet, and expect the same courtesy to be extended likewise. I am allergic to dogs and cats, but other pets are fine. I prefer a clean home but again, try to be flexible.
