Looking for a roommate to split rent and utilities with in a quiet, respectful, and clean three-bedroom home in a very nice, clean, and centrally located part of Sumter. 15 minutes from Shaw AFB, fenced in backyard with fire pit, it is a three bedroom 2 bath newer and energy efficient house, equipped with a new washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances, and utility bills are very reasonable. Two bedrooms are currently available, looking to fill just one or both as soon as possible.
