Iam newly single and in need of a space of my own. I have 4 children form 2-14that may visit part time. I'm a 6-7 day hard working painter.respectful guitar just needs own space to get my rest for another work day. I mind my business and help where needed. I would like rent to be from 200-400 for I may be paying child support but if more is needed I understand.
