I am looking for a room to rent for a year while my divorce is being finalized and I can sell my home that is paid off and purchase a new one. I am retired Army and law enforcement, college educated and love anything outside. I am very quiet and usually keep to myself if I am not at the gym or coaching my young sons baseball team.
