I'm 21 and a transgender male, I have a boyfriend that spends most nights but we like to keep to ourselves. I need someone that will help out around the house. It's a ranch style home, 3 bedrooms and full bathroom, basement has normal amenities and a half bath. I have an orange tabby. My mother is the landlord, she lives out of state but sometimes comes to visit. It's a lease style contract with a downpayment and monthly payments. [contact info removed]
