Putting my feelers out for a Late July/Early August move-in date. Ideally paying somewhere between $500 - $750 for rent per month. I may be flexible on that, though. Would like my own bedroom and bathroom too. - The critical fundamentals - - Clean - Considerate - Privacy Respecting - Humorous - Steadily Employed with the same company for 8 years ; consistent with Rent and Utilities - I'm fine if 420 is a part of your life or if you cap the day with drinks.
