Two bed, one bath, with a living room and kitchen. Everything is pretty much completely furnished except the available bedroom. We'll split rent and bills 50/50, which usually comes down to around $340/mo. As for me, I'm a TSU student and will probably spend most of my time studying in my room. I'm pretty quiet and easy-going, easy to get along with, and I do my part on dishes and cleaning.
