Jrooks, 34

My name is Jacob Rooks and looking for a room to rent. A paralegal for a patent and trademark law firm in Louisville, a former United States Marine, bachelor's degree, and a 50/50 father. Single, career and family focused and inquiring about a possible roommate as I look for a new apartment. New to this route, but it was suggested by a friend who has been successful. Tidy, clean, no pets, already pay for internet, any questions please do not hesitate to ask/contact!
