I have a full upstairs area to rent which includes a big bedroom, a private bathroom and a loft, it is a furnished bathroom and bedroom with all new carpet and furniture. Looking for a professional who works full time hours. No pets allowed as there are already dogs on the property. The dogs will not be in your area. The kitchen is fully available for cooking etc. I am an RN and I work full time Canon City, CO. Rent includes all utilities and WIFI.
