I am a mature man, GWM, professional, non-smoker, and new to Fl. Vert responsible, helpful, clean, have always paid the rent right on time. I have excellent friend and employment references. I work Full time at a wholesale shoe company. Looking in the $800 a month range. It would be nice to have a gay or bi male roommate, but open to others. Need a 12/1 move in.
