My name is Charles, I'm a first-time renter looking to move to the eureka area and start school there. I am very respectful of everyone and their lifestyles. I am a minimalist person with a really sweet, quiet cat and a knack for collecting interesting manga. I am very understanding of others and I could make housemates with just about everyone.
