About me

I am an older man, self-employed, very responsible. Quiet, considerate, needing a male roommate with no drama, same disposition. I have a thriving business in Pacific Palisades for 12 years now, am also an author, writer and screenwriter. I need a place where I can research and write in peace and also a kitchen where I can control my own diet. Rent price is negotiable if the situation and roommate are worth it. Thanks.
