Got to Clovis a few months ago (military), and i'm looking for a decent room in a decent neighbourhood. I have no pets but i do have two little girls that would be over occasionally. I rarely socially drink and if i do feel the need, i typically go elsewhere. I'm clean, considerate, and most importantly housebroken.
