Single, well-compensated professional male, 47, seeks room for rent. I have a 50% on-site agreement with my employer that requires I have a place to sleep 2-3 nights per week. I am easy-going, tidy, and, responsible. I offer consistent pay, kind communication, and full pay in exchange for only part-time occupancy.
