39 year old male looking for month to month agreement. I am iso a house to buy & need to move asap while I look for my house. I am planning to buy in 3-12 months. I am quiet, clean, and respectful. I consider myself very reasonable & I always look for the most respectful solution when things go poorly or disagreeable. I have a healthy 12 year old male cat who is neutered & declawed. He's loves people and is very low impact on a house. I'm an open book, please feel free to ask anything!
