I'm a minor but have a legal adult to sign or cosign a lease for me. I have a stable job and need to escape from an abusive household. I like to spend my free time reading and listening to music. Fully online school and will be at work most of the time. Would only have a single person over sometimes, my reading buddy. Almost don't exist and fine with any room as long as it's cheap.
