Hi, I'm currently looking for a roommate. It would be $650 for rent and utilities combined, and we would include you in the lease. I'm a 31 y/o male, and I live with my almost 60 y/o dad, we keep to ourselves. I'm working on my publishing business, and he likes to cook and watch the news. We have 1 bedroom available, I would occupy the other bedroom, and he would occupy a space in the living room sectioned off to be his room. Please contact for interest or for any questions. Thank you.
