Im looking for a room for my mother-in-law. Interested in a quiet, clean house, no party atmosphere. She is very clean, and would prefer her own bathroom. On-site washer and dryer would be great. Having no pets would be preferable, but not required. Rent depends on room and amenities. $600 is the limit.
