Richard, 71

Hi, my name is Richard I’m into Music, spending time in the gym, and trying to eat healthy. (not hard-core about that.) I don’t smoke cigarettes and would rather not have roommates who smoke them I tend to be tidy in shared areas and Messy in my room I spend a lot of time on the coast side around half Moon Bay A shared living experience is what I’m used to and it’s what I prefer I hope to find some interesting people Ideally rental will start September 1, 2026. But I’d rather not pass a good situation. Looking forward to meeting you, see you soon! Rich
