Gorgeous three story townhome! Own personal two car garage, with three guest spaces. Gorgeous gated community, close to mall, quiet neighborhood, safe. Very old school neighbor feel where everyone looks out for everyone else, but no snoopy neighbors I promise! Big, open, and very comfortable. Courtyard and playground right by, leasing office contains an office center although my place does have dsl. Water bill is included in rent, your portion of rent is about 875 a month
