Require a peaceful environment with no drama or trauma. My previous rental was for 6 years. No drugs, casual wine drinker, no marijuana usage, smoke cigarettes strictly outdoors or in my car. No criminal history. I currently live in Montana, and want to move to Boise, Idaho with only 3 months of Winter. Montana has 7 months of brutal cold weather which is too much for me.
