The house is an older home with plenty of character, but it is in good condition and nicely furnished and decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The home has a large backyard and is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s also conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other everyday conveniences. As a roommate, you won’t be confined to just your bedroom. The house is shared space, so you’ll have access to the common areas and can enjoy the home, backyard, kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer and other spaces. Includes Wi-Fi, utilities and trash service. The third bedroom I use as an office and can be shared as well. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who appreciates a quiet and comfortable home.
