Hi, I’m Joyce. I’m a working woman looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to call home. I’m quiet, respectful, easygoing, and I appreciate a household where everyone cleans up after themselves and respects each other’s privacy. I work locally and am looking for a room in or around the Dawsonville/Gainesville/Oakwood area. I have my own full-size bed and a few small pieces of furniture, including a small computer desk and dresser, so an unfurnished room would be ideal, although I’m open to furnished rooms as well. I’m looking for a friendly household where we can get along and occasionally chat, while still having our own space. Utilities included would be a big plus. I’m hoping to move soon and am open to discussing the right arrangement.
