It'd the 3rd bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town home. It faces the back yard and it's generally quiet. You'll have most of a 2 person bathroom to yourself since me and my partner mostly share the master bathroom. There's a lot of kitchen space so we can have our own areas if preferred. We're highly respectful of other people's things and just expect the same. I do have a dog who isn't dog friendly but is okay with cats and contained animals are generally okay! He is a medium sized dog who is contained to a pen currently but is a bit yappy especially when people come and go. Otherwise a timid chill animal. You will have direct access to a maintenance person as that is my job here so any problems relating to that get taken care of pretty quickly! There is a small child in the home part-time but it's only about 4 days every 2 weeks give or take a few days. Hopefully going to be getting new living room furniture but there's probably too if you have your own stuff. There's a dog park and a pool a right up the road not far from the unit and it's at the front of the property so it's easy to come and go at any time. You also have access to a garage!

I'm a generally laid back openminded person just give the energy I get. I just want everyone one to be happy. Peace and respect in my home is really important to me and if that's something you also need we will get along great.
