I'm Ashley, a single mom of 11 year old Evan and our cat Pepper. I remain very busy parenting, working and am going to school in January. I am looking for a peaceful place with clear expectation and rules, where we can have good communication. I vape, I do not smoke cigarettes. We don't need much, we are used to small spaces. Only trying to find a warm place to go for the winter. Hoping to stay close to Mount Vernon for my son and I to be close to school, but will travel longer if we find the right fit ??
