Discounts are available for people moving in November. Can be discussed further during the tour. The home is in a residential area. The rent includes furniture, utilities, internet, etc. There is a backyard with a shed for extra storage, a double driveway, a balcony with patio furniture, a full-size washer and dryer inside the home, and full kitchen access with dishware provided. There is currently one other person here who has a service dog. No other pets are permitted. While this specific room is for a single person, there is another room available with double the furniture for an extra person. Rent is paid on a weekly basis via bank-to-bank transfer (not Cash App, physical money, or any other non-reputable money exchange). There is no deposit. Have an eviction on record? I can work with that! Got kids? If they're school-aged, we can talk about it. Consistent payments and abiding by house rules are most important. NO drug usage, which includes weed!!! The other residents are allergic to the smell of it, so not even smoking outside is allowed!! No overnight guests are allowed unless they are renting the room with you (only available in the larger room at a higher rate). Tours are open, and move in can be as soon as the day after meeting. No money is exchanged until the day of move in. Afterward, the rent is due each week on that same day.

As long as you're upholding the house rules, making payments on time, and being considerate of others living in the space, I have no reason to get on your case. I'm down in the basement, so there are days where we won't even see each other. We can chat every now and then, and I'm naturally prone to help people out, but I'm not looking to be "friends". I work full time from home and take classes full time online, so I'm always on my computer.
