I'm a grad student looking for a room in a house or appartment. I'm 28 years old, uncomplicated, clean, work a lot and don't take drugs. The ideal place would be a laid-back but clean house or appartment that is shared with other young professionals, grad students or postdocs. Occasional parties are great but also not a precondition.
