I am a single 29 year old female searching for a room in clearwater/clearwater beach/dunedin areas. I am very clean, friendly and easy to get along with. No drama. I have friends that live on clearwater beach and I visit them frequently so I won't be having guests over often. I am a Sous Chef and usually work early am til late evening 4 days a week. I have no problem fixing meals a few nights a week, like I said I am very easy to get along with.
