I'm looking for a clean, secure place to call home. I'll be new to the San Diego area and don't know anyone down there. I'm a young 47 y/o, female. I'll be going to school after work and studying in the evenings and on weekends for a while so I'll need my space to do this. I'm easy going and usually keep to myself. I can supply character references if needed. I don't mind occasional parties, however, I will not tolerate drug use.
