About the room
The available room is spacious, overlooks a neighbor's container garden, has mirrored closet doors and receives plenty of light, especially as the sun rises. I'm vegetarian, it's ok if you're not. The landlords will not approve another cat or pet, sorry (she's an indoor tabby). Shared PG&E around $30 or less ea. mo. each. Room is unfurnished, everything else is fully furnished. Slight view of mt. tops in living room. Street parking or $45 onsite. Please email with any interest. Thank U!
