New construction in the northwest part of Rochester. Need a roommate who is dependable and will pick up after theirself. Due to being a new house there is a big deposit but as long as nothing is ruined this will be returned. Would like a female in her 20's who has a good personality and fun spirited. All utilities are included in the $600 but will have to have to buy own groceries and have own phone.
