About the room
I'm a writer and I'm pretty social. I go out often and go up to Philly for concerts a few times a month. I'm pretty laid back and I'm looking for a roommate that's the same. This condo is really cool. It's on the Brandywine River with a porch on the water with a view of the city's skyline. Really close to Brandywine Park and downtown. Short drive to Trolley Square.
