About the room
Nice house in a great neighbohood...nice yard with landscaping...pool and hot tub surrounded by an 8ft fence...you will have run of the house...it is not a private bathroom but it will be just yours....females only please...my 6 year old daughter will be over some weekends and I would rather a woman than a man be around her...my roommate is moving out 9/31...I get along great with her, and see no reason why it won't happen again...she added her touches to the room and made it very comfortable...
