About the room
We are 2 young professional women looking to share our house with a 25-35 year old outgoing professional or graduate student. Our current roommate took a job offer in California and her spacious bedroom with attached office/extra room is available. We are hoping to split the utilities by 3 which currently run between $75-100 a piece/month. Our house has 2 enclosed porches, an outside patio/backyard/sideyard, 2 parking spaces, a basement bar, storage, 2 living rooms, a dining room and kitchen
