About the room
3 wooded acres, rural setting on a cul-de-sac (ie- few neighbors) overlooking Lake Lanier. Well water, wood stove. Pets require $75 pet deposit. No drinking, drugs, smoking. I am easy- going, laid back. Am looking for mature, reliable person. Prefer someone of a spiritual nature. I am not in to party scene, and I left the drama behind when I moved out of the city, I prefer the same in a housmate. House is local to Dawsonville, Cumming, Gainesville, Alpharetta.
