About the room
I am moving to Birmingham, Alabama. I need someone to move in because I cannot afford to cancel my lease. This person will have a 2 bedroom for apartment to him or herself for 1/2 the rent and no security deposit, or deposit for utility connection. This is a killer deal in a very nice apartment. 1000+ sq ft for $400 a month through february. I will not be returing. Thanks
