I'm a professional gay male and very easy to get along with. I'm pretty health conscious and goto from work to the gym and then out to eat. Sometimes I cook at home for myself and the roommate. I'm looking for a place in Center City near Rittenhouse (hopefully). I'm pretty clean, not OCD about it just like living in a tidy space. I'm looking for a place for about a year. I'll be moving when my current lease is up in late Sept. I'm very outgoing and sociable and like being friends with my roomate
